What is your lead time for customised workwear?

We aim to have your workwear customised and dispatched as quickly as possible.

The average time is between 4 to 7 working days dependant on the size of the order and the level of customisation required.

For customised orders with a new logo, our design team will send you an initial proof within 24-48 hours of your order being placed.

Once you have approved the design we will begin production immediately.

If we already have your logo/artwork on file we don't require you to resend it so no proof is required which will speed up the process.

PLEASE NOTE

We keep our most popular items in stock and these can be customised and ready to dispatch within 4 to 7 working days.

Stocked items will show a "Next Day Delivery" sign over the products image on the product page.

However, like most distributors of the premium Scandinavian brands like Blaklader, Snickers, Helly Hansen, Fristads and Mascot, some items are imported directly from the brands' central distribution centres across Europe.

Therefore we will aim to deliver items from these manufacturers that we do not carry in stock within 10 to 14 working days of receiving your order.

You will be provided with tracking details so that you can track your delivery directly.

You will also be sent text messages directly from DPD advising you of an accurate delivery day & time, including a message on the delivery day.

To make delivery even slicker, you can reply to the text message should you wish to change the delivery date or have your items left in a safe place.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.
